Arca keeps things simple: sessions you log are visible to people who follow you, and your profile (handle, display name, avatar, streak, week total) is public so friends can find you.

What data we store

Your Discord display name, avatar, and email for sign-in only.
Your chosen Arca handle, bio, and timezone.
Focus sessions you log (duration, optional note, intensity).
Social actions you take (follows, kudos, comments) when interactions are enabled.

Controls you have

You can update or delete your account at any time from Settings.
You choose who to follow and can unfollow at any point.
Report any session if something feels off—we review and take action quickly.
